The Challenge & Vision
Eight identical townhouses reaching lock-up a fortnight apart, each needing to be floored, cleaned and photographed before handover. The builder wanted one crew that could turn up on a day's notice and finish a unit inside a single visit, with no variance in the finish between the first house and the eighth.

The Solution
We pre-cut the perimeter and threshold profiles for a repeating floor plan, so each unit went in as a kit rather than a fresh set-out. A water-resistant AC4 laminate over a foam-backed underlay covers the whole ground floor and stairs. Each house was floored, trimmed and cleaned in one day, and the eighth is indistinguishable from the first.
